Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Items Because every Copper Peak Engraving product is made to order and personalized to your specifications, all engraved and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Before we engrave, we send you a digital proof for approval. Please review your proof carefully — spelling, layout, artwork, and color. Once you approve the proof, you accept responsibility for the design as shown, and we are not able to offer a refund for errors that appeared on the approved proof (for example, a typo you approved).

When we will replace or refund We stand behind our work. We will replace or refund an item at no cost to you if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The engraving does not match your approved proof.
  • We shipped the wrong item.

To request a replacement or refund for one of the reasons above, email copperpeak.engraving@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Cancellations You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once a proof is approved and engraving has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
