Welcome to Copper Peak Engraving. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & custom work All products are custom engraved to order. When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. We send a digital proof before engraving; production begins only after you approve your proof.

Your design content By uploading text, artwork, or images for engraving, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that we're otherwise unwilling to produce. You agree that you are responsible for the content you submit.

Pricing & availability Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but actual colors and finishes may vary slightly. All items are subject to availability.

Proof approval & accuracy It is your responsibility to review your proof carefully before approving it. Once approved, the design is considered final as shown.

Shipping, returns & refunds Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copper Peak Engraving's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
