Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time Every order is custom engraved. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after your proof is approved. Larger or more complex orders may take longer; we'll let you know if so. The clock on your selected shipping speed starts when your order leaves our shop, not when it's placed.

*Delivery estimates are in transit time after the order ships and are not guaranteed. They do not include our processing/engraving time above.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. If your tracking shows a problem or your package seems lost, email us at copperpeak.engraving@gmail.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
